Prescription Process

We provide Ayurvedic Medicines approved by Ministry of Ayush, which can only be bought with a valid prescription. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from Cloud 12. Please reply to this with a legible attachment of your prescription. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving a valid prescription.

If you don't have a prescription, schedule a Free Virtual consultation with an Ayurveda doctor, who will be analyse your specific needs and advise you on recommended products and dosage . Prescriptions are valid for a period of 6 months.
