Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your CLOUD 12( parent company –cannapure.in) purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 7-15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Product items are only return incase of damage /Open box ,Items must be return to company that has been unused and in the same condition you received them. For Proof you can Shoot video and photos while receiving of any product items .
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any items not in their original condition, including those that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
• Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact us at contact@cloud12.co.in to initiate a return or exchange.
2. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.
3. Once we receive your returned item and after verify its condition, we will process your request for refunds.
• You will receive an email notification once your return is received and inspected.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within (7-15 working days).
Missing or Delayed Refunds
• If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:
o Check your bank account again.
o Contact your Debit card/ Credit card company. There may be a processing delay.
o Contact your bank.
